Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Quick Splits, a service operated by AB Entertainment LLC ("we", "us").

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time split credits, monthly subscriptions, and lifetime access purchases.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at contact@abentertainmentllc.com and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Billing tab in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds for renewal charges are handled under the 30-day guarantee above.
